You should also look at more of the design sites and more of the example sites that I have given you - look at 8. You should also tell me about two sites that you have found and liked. Be specific - what do you like about them? Needless to say, I want the site address! Sites to check and evaluate
Find a source on JavaScript on the Web or buy a thin book on JavaScript and do some reading.
Be sure you read about Events!
Start looking at the JavaScript examples on the Web (look at them through Explorer to get the code). I would suggest looking at the ones up to the if and time examples closely and also looking over the ones up through the flickering examples.
Also, be sure to look at the first two PowerPoint presentations on JavaScript.

Please finish looking at the JavaScript examples.
Please spend some time looking over sources and examples of JavaScript and working on your Web site.

Information on design and implementation of the site
When you take the final, you will find a lot of these sites useful references to go to for information in answering questions!
Important: I am going away to Europe for two weeks. Continue to send assignments to the usual account. Needless to say I will not be correcting until I get home! If you have questions, then use my email account pgrocer@hotmail.com. I will check this account from the Internet cafes when I can. I have also asked my workstudy Wendy and Tess to be available for questions and help while I am gone. The information to contact them is:
Wendy can be reached at Wenco35@aol.com or wenco@mediaone.net
Tess can be reached at tfarias@stu-mail.bristol.mass.edu or mstess73@aol.com
You can also set up an appointment with Wendy via email or you can contact Tess in the K building lab Monday,Tuesday and Thursday nights from 4 till 9.

Continue going over JavaScript! Research information about attracting people to your site etc. - you will find the references from last week very helpful!

See note under Week #10 about contacting me!
Week #12 Assignments

Listserv sign-up
I suggested these two because I am quite confident they are not selling names. Another site that I have had no bad experiences with is the one at Poor Richard's. In fact, I am looking for a sign up for a listserv so if you have one you want to sign up for, go ahead and send me a copy of the confirmation.
I will be home mid week!
